The Weber Charcoal Heat Controller is designed for 22 inch kettle charcoal grills, excluding 22 inch Jumbo Joe Premium models. Its cone and diffuser ring support high-heat searing or low-and-slow cooking.
The cone positions charcoal for up to 7 hours of low-and-slow cooking when used with charcoal briquettes. The diffuser ring maximizes the full 22 inch cooking grate for indirect cooking.
