When will my order arrive?

Clothing ships in 1–3 business days and arrives in 3–6 business days after shipping, with tracking.

What is your return policy?

Unworn clothing with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. There is no restocking fee.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover everything.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

How do your linen pieces fit?

Most styles have a relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay true to size for an easy drape.

Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle, line dry or tumble dry low, and iron while slightly damp if you prefer a crisp look.

Our linen is pre-washed, so shrinkage is minimal. Avoid hot water and high heat.

Is the furniture made to order?

Yes. Our solid wood furniture is made to order, so please allow about 2–4 weeks for crafting before it ships.

How is furniture delivered?

Smaller pieces ship by parcel carrier; large pieces may ship by freight. Delivery takes 5–10 business days after shipping, with tracking.
